A genuine passion for working in education.
No specific classroom or school-based experience required.
A commitment to completing virtual training sessions in the evenings.
Availability for a paid placement in a school.
The eagerness to start working as a Teaching Assistant upon completing the program.
What we offer:

As part of our team, you’ll enjoy:

Competitive daily rates paid through the PAYE system (rate depends on your experience and qualifications, discussed at registration).
A guaranteed pay scheme (subject to availability).
Opportunities to attend social and networking events.
Pension contributions.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to support your growth.
Access to a dedicated consultant.
