WOODBRIDGE, SUFFOLK - £12.24+ P/HOUR- 40HR WEEK - WEEKLY PAY

An established manufacturer near Woodbridge is growing its team and looking for dependable Production Operatives to support rising demand. If you have experience in manufacturing or packaging and are looking for a long-term role with training and development opportunities, this could be a great fit.

What's the pay?

Starting at £12.24 p/hour as a starting rate, with regular reviews and opportunities for salary increases as you take on more responsibility. Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates. Weekly pay through Prime Appointments.

Hours of work:
This is a rotating shift pattern, alternating weekly:

Week 1: 05:45 - 14:00
Week 2: 13:45 - 22:00
40 hours per week, Monday to FridayWhere is the job?
Based just outside Woodbridge, Suffolk. The site is commutable from surrounding areas and has on-site parking available.

Production operative duties:

Loading bottles onto the production line
Packing finished products into boxes for dispatch
Supporting with machine changeovers and clean downs
Following clean-as-you-go practices
Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Meeting daily production targets
Manual handling and general warehouse supportWho are we looking for?
We're looking for reliable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are eager to learn. Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging is preferred, but full training will be provided.
