Our client, a Textiles business based in Manchester City Centre are looking to hire a Credit Controller to their finance function.

The duties are:-

* Chasing overdue debts via telephone and email.

* Maintaining the sales ledgers ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.

* Posting sales ledger receipts and allocating receipts.

* Liaising with our sales team to resolve disputes.

* Raising of credit notes as appropriate.

* Building a strong relationship with both customers and staff.

* Reporting to the Finance Director on overdue (aging) and doubtful debts.

You will need to have:-

* Previous exposure to B2B credit control environment.

* Strong Excel knowledge and Microsoft Office.

* Great communication skills

* Excellent attention to detail.


* Salary circa £20,000 FTE

* Full time (35 hours per week) with flexibility to possibly work part time.

* 28 days holiday including bank holidays

* Free on-site parking.
