Level 3 Early Years Practitioner | Term-Time | £82.14 - £110 per Day | Nursery Setting | Leyton, Waltham Forest | September Start

Reeson Education is delighted to be working with a welcoming and nurturing nursery in Leyton, Waltham Forest, to recruit a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a September start. This is a term-time only position with trial days happening ASAP, so don't miss the opportunity to secure your role early!

This nursery offers a warm, child-centred environment where your expertise as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will be fully valued. You'll work with a dedicated team that's passionate about supporting early development through a structured, play-based approach in line with the EYFS framework.

What We're Offering:

Position: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Start: September 2025

Trials: Taking place immediately

Hours: Term-time only

Option 1: 8:30am - 4:45pm (Mon-Thurs), 8:45am - 4:45pm (Fri)

Option 2: 9:30am - 5:45pm (Mon-Thurs), 9:45am - 5:45pm (Fri)

Pay: £82.14 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

What We're Looking For in a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (or equivalent)

Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting

A calm, caring and proactive attitude

Good knowledge of the EYFS framework, child development and safeguarding

Someone able to work independently and as part of a supportive team

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, You Will:

Plan and lead fun, stimulating, age-appropriate activities

Observe, record and contribute to children's progress reports

Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment

Support personal, social and emotional development

Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
