* Contract: Permanent, Full-Time | 9am – 5:30pm | Monday to Friday (Office-Based)

* Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of a successful and fast-growing charity organisation supporting a successful entrepreneur. Our client is seeking a confident, experienced and proactive PA or EA who can work proactively to support the CEO, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day schedule and wider business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing high-level administrative support and PA duties to the CEO

Diary management, travel coordination and meeting arrangements

Handling phone calls, emails and general correspondence on behalf of the CEO

Occasionally attending networking events and awards ceremonies as a company representative

Supporting with mild office management duties

Taking initiative to pre-empt the CEO’s needs and assist with varied business tasks

Maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience supporting senior leaders or board-level executive as a PA or Executive Assistant

Excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills

Outstanding diary and time management skills

Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner

Able to work independently and use initiative

Comfortable in a fast-paced, varied and sometimes pressurised environment

Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

The ability to multitask, adapt, and remain calm under pressure

A full UK driving licence
