Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor to join a rapidly expanding consultancy in Cardiff. They're looking for an experienced, driven surveyor to take on a leadership role within the team and play a pivotal part in growing the business. You'll lead major projects, work closely with clients, and help guide the strategy and direction of the surveying division.

The Role Includes:

Lead major projects, managing teams and clients from start to finish

Oversee the delivery of both project and professional services

Play a significant role in business development and winning new work

Mentor and develop junior surveyors and guide their professional growth

Take an active part in the management of the office and wider team

What They're Looking For:

MRICS qualified with extensive experience in building surveying

Proven track record in both project management and professional services

Strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset

Ability to manage and develop a team of surveyors

Strong business development skills, with a focus on client relationships

What's on Offer:

Competitive salary: £65,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)

Real opportunity for further progression into Director level
