Role Description
Join Our Team as a Female Bank Support Worker
Location:Tadley, Hampshire
Salary:£12.47 per hour plus benefits.
Hours:0 hours per week, between 7.00 am and 9:30 pm, Monday to Sunday, on a shift rota basis.
Contract:Part-time, Bank.
Driving Requirement:A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role.
Right to Work:Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any skilled worker visas.
Who you will be supporting!
Heather House is a one-of-a-kind, specialized nursing home providing exceptional care for sixteen vibrant young adults. These remarkable individuals live with severe complex neurological, learning, and physical disabilities, including Juvenile Batten disease (CLN3) and Rett syndrome. Despite the challenges they face, they live fulfilling lives within a supportive and loving environment.
Life at Heather House is filled with engaging activities designed to stimulate and enrich the lives of the people we support. They find joy and therapeutic benefits in music and singing. They also have access to their own on-site hydrotherapy pool. The smiles and laughter we share are a testament to the positive impact of these programs.
Holidays are a particularly special time at Heather House. The people we support eagerly participate in festive events throughout the year, from Valentine's Day and Easter to Halloween and Christmas. Your support helps us continue to create these unforgettable moments and provide the highest quality of care for the people we support.

As a Female Support Worker, you'll be more than just a support worker – you'll be a beacon of happiness, empowering young people to embrace daily life and create lasting memories. Daily Care & Support: Helping with personal care, meal preparation, and other daily tasks.
Building Relationships: Getting to know the people you support, understanding their needs, and helping them live life on their own terms.
Empowering Independence: Assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encouraging creative exploration.
Social Engagement: Supporting activities like holiday’s, social events, and hobbies, ensuring everyone could enjoy what they love doing.
