SEN Complex Needs Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Complex Needs LSA to join our team, supporting pupils aged 3-19 with severe learning difficulties, autism, challenging behavior, and complex medical needs.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

✔ Have a willingness to work across all age groups in the school
✔ Be patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic
✔ Have experience working with children or individuals with special needs (advantageous but not essential)
✔ Be committed to helping pupils reach their fullest potential academically, socially, and emotionally
