Job Title: Electrical/Machine Technician
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 per year
Location: Haverhill, Suffolk

Are you detail-oriented with experience in electrical panel building and machine wiring? Our fantastic client in Haverhill is looking for an Electrical/Machine Technician to join their team

As an Electrical/Machine Technician, you'll be responsible for building and assembling electrical control panels and switchgear, wiring machines, and ensuring all systems are correctly assembled to meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and assemble electrical control panels and switchgear.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Commission drives and motors to ensure proper operation.
• Perform electrical testing of system builds to ensure quality and safety.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining high standards.
• Support process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Work safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:
• Proven electrical experience, including panel assembly and wiring from diagrams.
• Experience in building switchgear is a plus.
• Skilled in using hand tools, mechanical, and electrical equipment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a small, collaborative team.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety and quality.
