This is a specialist role providing support to individuals experiencing anxiety or depression and who may be struggling with employment-related challenges. You’ll help them take practical steps toward finding and sustaining work, empowering them to rebuild confidence, purpose, and independence.

We are looking to recruit 4 full-time Employment Advisors to join our client's growing team:
2x Cambridgeshire – Peterborough/Fenland Team
1x Cambridgeshire – Huntingdon Team
1x Bedfordshire – Bedford-basedWORK LOCATION & STRUCTURE 

All roles are hybrid, combining home working, outreach visits, and on-site requirements:
Cambridgeshire Roles
Base Location: St Neots
On-site: 1 day per week minimum at St. Neots
Plus: Attend meetings/training on-site throughout the yearBedfordshire Role
Base Location: Bedford
On-site:
1 day/week at Bedford
1 day/week at St. Neots
Note: Travel expenses claimable between Bedford and St. NeotsSALARY & BENEFITS
Salary Range: £25,932 – £27,297 (based on experience & qualifications)
Start Date: ASAP
Expenses: Mileage and travel costs reimbursed per policyHOURS & FLEXIBILITY
Full-Time: 37.5 hours/week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexibility essential – for onsite, travel, and outreach work.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLE
Manage a caseload typically around 35–40 service users
Achieve (varies):
10 new service-user starts/month
3 caseload engagements/day
Provide 1-to-1 employment support to people with mental health support needs
Work across community venues, NHS sites, and remotely
Promote the service via networking, leaflet drops, and public engagement
Develop multi-agency partnerships and collaborate with local stakeholdersWHAT YOU'LL NEED 
Background in employability, recruitment, or skills/training
Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
Strong communication & organisational skills
Able to work independently and meet performance targets
Confident using tools like Excel, Outlook, and general admin systemsINTERVIEWS
