Description

SuperCare is on it's way to being the number one employer in the children's social care space and we're looking for passionate adults to join our team here in Eastbourne.

With one Ofsted-rated "Good" home currently open and another on the way imminently, there has never been a more exciting time to start your career in social care.

We're looking for energetic, fun, resilient people to join our teams as coaches, looking after children with learning disabilities. If you're passionate about caring for and nurturing young people then this could be the career path for you.

The nature of this role means that you'll need to be physically able to work alongside children who don't always know their own strength. You'll also be helping deliver personal care too, but don't worry all training is provided for this for you.

Along with helping children grow into adulthood you'll also get some fantastic benefits from working with SuperCare. These include:

- Best in market pay (20% average higher than other care roles)
- Pension, Bonuses and great Holiday allowances
- One day on, two days off rota - essentially work one day and get a weekend!
- Free gym membership
- Food on shift
- Extra day off for your birthday
- Training to achieve Level 3+ Diploma - which comes with a pay raise

If you're interested in exploring a new career and are interested in learning more, feel free to apply and we'll discuss what the role looks like in more detail with you
