Job Title: FLT Driver
Location: Ellesmere Port
Pay Rates: £14.66 per hour
Shift Patterns: 4 on 4 off (2 days and 2 nights back-to-back) with first week being just days for extra training.

Barker Ross is currently recruiting for a FLT driver for our client specialising in Paper industry. This is a temporary to permanent contract.

Valid Counterbalance B1 and B2 licence needed, bonus if you have used the clamps.

Duties of the role will include:-
· Follow all company SSOW, SOPs and HSE guidelines to ensure that they and those around them are kept safe
· Loading of trailers with finished goods in a timely manner
· Safe removal of finished goods away from the production lines
· Placing components at production lines
· Transporting & supplying pallets to production lines
· Removal and transport of large bulky items from the factory (for example waste skips and core cages)
· Ensuring that equipment is kept in a well-maintained condition, free from damage and ensuring that any damage, faults or malfunctions are to be reported to management immediately
· Comply with hygiene, jewellery and uniform procedures to ensure that there is no contamination to the product being produced
· Ensure you actively encourage others to comply with Safety & GMP and the clients Values, as well as other company procedures
· General cleaning of units, goods out area, pods and yard area
· Assist with working on / in the MEZZ area, and any other areas as required
· Experience of a production environment and equipment is desirable
