Because this isn’t one of those “keep the wheels turning” jobs. It’s not about quietly managing a HACCP folder and hoping the auditor smiles at you once a year.

This is a leadership role. Not in the brochure-speak way. In the real, “people look to you when things go wrong” kind of way.

Your job? Make sure what leaves this site is consistently brilliant, safe, and the standards are to that of the strictest retailers.

They want someone who understands that being ‘technical’ isn’t just about standards — it’s about culture. You’ll be part of the site leadership team, shaping that culture and leading a technical team that doesn’t need to be micromanaged, just inspired.

• Significant Food Manufacturing experience

• A degree in something scientific or food-related.

• Leadership — not just the title, but the track record

• An eye for detail that borders on obsessive (in a good way)
