New Product Development Coordinator Location: Banbury / Salary will depend on experience

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a New Product Development Coordinator to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in launching new products successfully.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be at the forefront of new product implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure developments align with market demands and business objectives. From managing samples to coordinating timelines, your organisational skills and keen attention to detail will be instrumental in delivering high-quality products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation of new products, ensuring they follow the critical path.
Support team members during busy periods to meet deadlines.
Manage product samples, including requesting, tracking, and reporting on their progress.
Organise weekly airfreight shipments and prioritise sample arrivals.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding any delays.
Maintain accurate product data, including specifications, costs, and technical sheets.
Create and distribute spec sheets and label specifications for suppliers.
Ensure new products are correctly set up before purchase orders are placed.
Review and sign off stock upon arrival.
Communicate effectively across departments to facilitate smooth operations.About You:
To excel in this role, you will need:
Previous experience in product development or a similar role.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good numeracy and literacy abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work with critical paths and timelines.
A full and valid UK driving licence.
Experience with Microsoft Navision or similar software is desirable but not essential.
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.
