Description

Training:

3 weeks training which will take place Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Shifts:

We have 2 shift patterns as listed below.

Shift 1:

Week 1

Monday 8am to 7pm (2 x 30 minute breaks)
Tuesday 8am to 7pm (2 x 30 minute breaks)
Wednesday 8am to 7pm (2 x 30 minute breaks)
Thursday Off
Friday Off
Saturday 8am to 2pm
Sunday Off

Week 2

Monday 8am to 7pm (2 x 30 minute breaks)
Tuesday 8am to 7pm (2 x 30 minute breaks)

Within our CCA (Customer Contact Association) Global Standards accredited Customer Service Centre the services we offer include handling all types of B2B and B2C inbound enquiries via various channels - telephone, email; managing outbound sales and service campaigns; processing of back-office administration. We have just been awarded the Silver Award of Excellence.

The role:

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills to join our team who deal with a range of high-profile clients for whom we provide customer service support such as American Golf, NHS, UK Flooring Direct, Flying Tiger, Office Depot and many more Retailers throughout UK and Ireland. This job would suit someone with experience of a Contact Centre environment, who enjoys providing customers their service with a smile and who is looking to build a long-term career in a customer service environment. Your job will be to liaise with customers via email and telephone to ensure their queries are answered accurately, promptly, and with expertise.

You will be results focused and have a positive outlook, with an eye for detail. You will also ensure you are up to date with our products and any changes in our industry.

Full training on our industry will be provided via an internal learning structure; however, we require someone committed to engaging in learning our industry as well as the products we provide, to ensure customers receive expert advice. Be assured, you will never be bored as every day is different in our friendly Customer Service Centre
