Architectural Technologist

Location: Harrogate & York

Salary: £27-35,000 DOE

A forward-thinking architectural studio in Harrogate is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team. This design-led practice is known for delivering imaginative yet practical solutions across a range of residential and commercial schemes.

The successful candidate will play a key role in technical delivery, working closely with architects and clients to ensure the seamless execution of projects from concept to completion.

Key Requirements:

Several years' UK-based practice experience
Strong residential sector background preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
A practical, proactive approach to problem solving
Confident communicator with team collaboration skillsRole Responsibilities:

Prepare technical drawings for planning, Building Regulations, and construction
Provide detailed technical input during design development
Coordinate documentation and compliance with current standards
Work across a range of residential and commercial projects
