BUSINESS MANAGER
Basic Salary: £30,000
OTE: Up to £50,000
Location: Darlington
 
Our client is looking for a seasoned Business Manager to join their team. You will be a hands-on Business Manager who has passion and takes pride in all that they do. Also, a friendly expert who wants to deliver an outstanding customer motoring experience through honesty and trust.
 
Responsibilities of a Business Manager
·You will be coordinating the daily activities, ensuring all services and products meet the high standards of the dealership.
·Maintain an effective relationship with all customers and colleagues.
·Ensure all documentation is correct
·Present and sell products to customers.
·Conduct credit searches introduce customers to suitable finance companies, and deal with all paperwork relating to finance deals and contracts.
·Assist the Sales Manager to motivate and lead a team of Sales Executives to hit and exceed their targets.
 
Skills & Qualifications of a Business Manager
·Proven track record of sales within a main dealership
·Previous Business Manager experience within an automotive dealership is essential
·Demonstrates the ability to works well under pressure
·Excellent relationship building, customer facing and negotiating skills
·A full and clean UK Driving Licence
