Are you a Site Chemist with experience in the Waste Transfer Industry looking for the next exciting step in your career?

They have invested millions into their site and are now looking for a Site Chemist with a few years' experience working in a Waste Transfer station to join their successful and passionate team.

The role is based in Honiton & you will be involved in the receiving, testing, processing and disposing of hazardous waste. This is a varied role working within a team in a state-of-the-art transfer station.

This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career with a close-knit team in a company who will invest in your training, development & progression long term.

The role:

Testing & Sorting of waste materials
Maintaining Database & records
Completing paperwork for materials received / stored and dispatched
Shrink-wrapping, labelling and preparing of materials
Provide technical advice on chemicals to other departments as requiredThe person:

Degree in chemistry
At least 2 years' experience as a Site Chemist in a waste Transfer station
Appetite for learning/developing/attending training courses
Driving license & the ability to pass security clearance tests
Excellent communication & customer service skills
