Salary: £25,500 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5pm

Contract length: 12 months

Location: Horsham, RH12 4AL

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to assist with all general administration requirements for Veolia CHP Head Office and Field Personnel.

What you'll be doing:

Handle general office administration and data processing via Infor system

Manage customer quotes, digital filing, and create new unit folders

Coordinate travel arrangements including hotel bookings and overseas flights

Organize events, meetings, and training sessions while maintaining training records

Oversee visitor/contractor inductions and fleet management

Process invoicing for breakdowns and manage contract enhancements/renewals

Maintain compliance documentation, calibration registers, and safety communications

Support Technical Manager with audits, manage office supplies, and handle various administrative duties as part of the Operational Support Team

Completion of PQQ's (pre-qualification questionnaire)

Contract administration

What we're looking for:

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with experience in a busy office environment

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build professional relationships at all levels

Proven team player with strong communication and knowledge-sharing capabilities

Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Google Suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong numeracy and literacy skills with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
