£40,000 - £44,000 + Mon-Fri + Progression + Company Vehicle
Commutable from Southend-On-Sea, Chelmsford, Rochford, Hawkwell, Hockley and surrounding areas

Are you mechanically-minded, looking to join a well-established company offering specialist training into heavy mechanical engineering, excellent overtime opportunities, and long-term career progression?

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a stable Monday-Friday role based at a fully equipped facility. You'll benefit from a company vehicle and the chance to continually advance your technical skills.

The company operates nationwide, supplying a wide range of mobile plant, construction equipment, and machinery to diverse clients. Due to continued growth and investment, they are expanding their engineering team.

In this workshop-based position, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining various heavy plant equipment, including Excavators, Track Loaders, Wheeled Loaders, and Shredders.

This role is ideal for a Mechanically skilled Engineer seeking a days-based position with ongoing manufacturer training and the potential to significantly increase earnings through overtime.

The Position:

Service, repair and maintain construction/plant machinery.
Manufacturer training, overtime and career progression available.
Monday - Friday days-based role
