We are currently seeking an interim ERP Deployment Lead, to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, but travel will be required to another office based in the London area, possibly 3-4 times a week. This is a full-time temporary role to start ASAP and to run until 31st Dec 2027, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £88,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
*Due to this role being business critical, we cannot accept any applications from candidates with more than 1 month notice period.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced professional to lead the Cabinet (Fleet) Management and eB2B process workstreams within our global ERP transformation programme for Ice Cream. This is a strategic role focused on designing, refining, and executing core processes that will shape the future operating model across multiple markets.
As the Process Lead, you will collaborate with global and local teams to ensure the end-to-end design is future-fit, scalable, and fully aligned with business and IT requirements. Your deep domain expertise in fleet management and eB2B implementation will be critical to delivering success.
Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end process design for Cabinet (Fleet) Management and eB2B channels as part of the ERP programme
Translate business requirements into future-state process flows, ensuring alignment with ERP system capabilities
Work closely with markets to understand local nuances, regulatory needs, and implementation challenges
Partner with BAU and IT teams to ensure technical feasibility and robust integration of solutions
Support the development of deployment toolkits, training, and change management materials
Represent the process area in governance meetings, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved quickly What You'll Bring

Strong expertise in Cabinet / Fleet Management-including asset tracking, lifecycle management, and field operations
Hands-on experience with eB2B implementation-ideally across multiple markets or geographies
Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and how they enable core business processes
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex transformation environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Agile mindset with the ability to move from strategy to execution effectively
Kingston working environment:

Contractors who are based at Kingston will be eligible to get free parking at a local carpark
There is a Unilever Staff Shop located on the Ground Floor next to the main entrance, where Contingent Workers can buy discounted Unilever products.
A canteen
A Gym is available for use on the Ground Floor (with subscription).
Facilities in the gym include cardiovascular equipment, resistance machines, spin bikes, free weights area, boxing equipment and a stretch/matted area. Classes are also available and can be booked directly with the Gym. Shower facilities are available in the changing rooms, along with hairdryers
