Are you an experienced Panel Beater looking to take the next step in your career? Embrace the opportunity to join a leading Automotive business. We are seeking a dedicated Panel Beater to be a key player for our clients team, based in Uxbridge.

Key Responsibilities

As a Panel Beater, you'll be instrumental in leading and repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturers' specifications utilising modern equipment and techniques. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Identify required parts and communicate needs via repair orders
Follow approved repair procedures, including correct welding and glass bonding methods
Manufacturer Body Repair component replacement and mechanical sequences
Work independently to manage time and workload in a busy workshop environment  
Carry out quality control and inspection procedures as required by the bodyshop  
Understand vehicle legislation and apply relevant trade practices   
Skills and Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in panel beating and vehicle body repair
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
Skilled in using chassis straightening (jig) equipment and panel beating tools
Familiar with manufacturer repair procedures, welding, and glass bonding
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, workshop environment
Strong awareness of health & safety standards and quality control processes   
Remuneration and Benefits

£40,000 - £45,000 OTE of £60,000

As a Panel Beater, you’ll receive ongoing training in the latest manufacturer repair techniques, access technical bulletins and development resources, and have opportunities to attend certified courses in welding, panel beating, and modern repair methods.
