Are you a talented and driven TPI Sales Relationship Manager with proven experience in the TPI energy market? We're looking for an ambitious individual to join our rapidly growing business, working remotely with occasional visits to our brand-new bespoke offices in Leicester. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your portfolio and be rewarded with uncapped commission and a car allowance.

The Role:

As an experienced TPI Sales Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs), delivering performance across new acquisitions and renewals. You'll be the key point of contact for your TPIs, working closely with them to build strong relationships and maximise value.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own TPI caseload, working to achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Be accountable for the performance and pipeline of your TPIs across acquisitions and renewals.

Build and maintain Account Plans with TPIs to understand their routes to market and identify opportunities for growth.

Identify and escalate challenges or blockers to sales, ensuring transparency across internal teams.

Maintain adherence to agreed service level agreements (SLAs) for pricing and servicing of TPI contracts.

Continuously develop your knowledge of the TPI energy market and implement plans to increase market share.

What We're Looking For:

TPI sales experience is essential - you must have current or recent experience managing a TPI portfolio.

Strong relationship management and communication skills.

Commercial mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.

Organised, self-motivated, and confident working remotely.

Willingness to travel to our Leicester office every few weeks for team collaboration and meetings.
