Talent Guardian is proud to be partnering with an established and fast-growing leader in the food and FMCG sector, as we recruit a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their operations team based near Aldershot.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and analytically minded professional to take ownership of forecasting, planning, and data-driven supply coordination in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage stock demand, works orders, and data accuracy within the ERP system.
Lead forecast planning with account managers and support seasonal procurement strategies.
Produce detailed reports and weekly stock analyses for senior leadership, including inventory performance and production timelines.
Monitor and optimise OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery, stock movement, and supplier performance.
Maintain and update Bills Of Materials, align ERP data with physical stock takes, and assess raw material availability.
Collaborate closely across teams and communicate clearly with suppliers and internal stakeholders. What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in supply planning, forecasting, or inventory coordination (FMCG or food industry experience a plus).
Confident user of ERP systems with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Effective communicator, able to work cross-functionally and lead supplier conversations.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain data accuracy under pressure.  Sunday to Thursday 7am - 3:30pm - can be flexible!
