As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a skilled PSV Technician to join our team in Birkenhead. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dedicated team, maintaining a fleet of buses to the highest safety and operational standards.

Role Overview:

As a PSV Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our fleet of vehicles remains in top condition. You will be responsible for performing diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repairs to keep the buses running safely and efficiently. With a focus on high standards and quality workmanship, you’ll be an integral part of the team that ensures the smooth running of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and maintenance on buses, ensuring they meet regulatory and company standards.
Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and fault-finding on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Ensure buses are ready for operation, minimizing downtime and maximizing fleet availability.
Maintain accurate service and repair records.
Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.Requirements:

Previous experience as a PSV Technician or in a similar vehicle maintenance role.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
A valid PSV or HGV qualification (or equivalent).
A proactive and flexible approach to work with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
