Production Operatives – Potential to Become Permanent

Location: North Walsham | Pay: £13.71 (including shift allowance) | 12 hour shift pattern including days, nights, and weekends

Are you looking to build a long-term career in production? We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturing company based in North Walsham.

This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent — ideal for individuals who are motivated, reliable, and ready to grow with a company.

About the Role:
You’ll play an important part in producing high-quality products. Your key responsibilities will include:

Ensuring products meet strict quality standards
Accurately recording production and quality data
Working independently and as part of a team
Following health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean workspace
What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail
Good communication and record-keeping skills
A proactive and hardworking attitude
Ability to work well in a team and on your own
Previous production experience is preferred but not essential
Own transport is essential due to location and shift times
