The Role of Showroom Manager

We’re recruiting for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead a well-established bathroom showroom. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, overseeing daily operations, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing day-to-day showroom operations

Providing expert advice and support to customers throughout their buying journey

*

Maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation and cleanliness

*

Processing customer quotes, orders, and managing stock levels

*

Leading, motivating, and developing a small showroom team

*

Working to sales targets and KPIs to drive showroom performance

*

Coordinating with suppliers and internal departments for smooth project delivery

*

Handling customer queries and resolving any issues with professionalism

*

Ensuring excellent administrative accuracy and attention to detail

The Candidate Requirements – Showroom Manager

We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Showroom Manager who can demonstrate:

Experience managing or supervising a showroom or retail environment (bathroom or interiors preferred)

*

A customer-first mindset with a consultative, helpful approach

*

Ability to build strong, lasting customer relationships

*

Experience supporting customers through product selection and the design journey

*

Strong administration and organisational skills

*

Confidence in handling quotes, orders, and showroom systems

*

Proactive approach to achieving sales targets and performance KPIs

*

A good eye for showroom layout, display, and merchandising

*

Comfortable working with IT systems and email communications

*

Positive leadership skills to motivate and support a small team

The Package – Showroom Manager

*

Basic salary circa £32,000

*

£8,000 bonus potential based on showroom performance

*

25 days holiday plus bank holidays

*

Pension scheme and staff discount

Autonomy to run a respected showroom with full support from head office
