Regional Manager - Mental Health & Complex Needs Services
Locations: Farnborough, Camberley, Alton, Surrey, and Bagshot

Salary: £50,000 (negotiable)
Hours: Full-time
Are you an experienced leader in mental health services ready to drive excellence across multiple sites?
We're seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a network of high-spec, trauma-informed supported living services for adults (18-40) with complex mental health needs, including forensic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
With a total of 30 service users across the region, each service provides step-down rehabilitation in self-contained flats, combining evidence-based care with a recovery-focused approach. As Regional Manager, you'll ensure outstanding quality, compliance, and staff development across all locations while working closely with local managers and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support multiple services (approx. 30 users total) to deliver CQC-outstanding, trauma-sensitive care.
* Ensure consistent adherence to regulatory standards (CQC, safeguarding, risk management).
* Collaborate with onsite managers to refine care pathways for service users with forensic histories/complex trauma.
* Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance across all locations.
* Champion a culture of safety, dignity, and innovation in line with organisational values.

Essential Criteria:
* Proven experience as a Regional Manager, Area Manager, or Multi-site Lead in mental health/supported living
* Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks, trauma-informed practices, and forensic mental health.
* Track record of improving service quality across multiple locations.
* Ability to analyse data, manage budgets, and mentor teams.
* Willingness to travel regularly across the region

Desirable:
* Leadership qualification (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care Management or equivalent).
* Experience in step-down/rehabilitation services for complex needs.
