Behaviour Mentor | Havering, East London | Immediate paid Trial | September Start

Remedy Education are looking for an experience and passionate Behaviour Mentor to join one our leading SEN schools in South East London. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be delivering both academic and behaviour support to students aged 11-15. We would require you to have strong Autism experience as most of the students have mild SEN and are high functioning.

Position: Behaviour Mentor

Start Date: September 2025

Location: Havering, East London

Contract: Temp - Perm

Hours: 08:30 - 15:00

Rate: £95 - £115 per day

School Type: SEN Secondary

Behaviour Mentor | Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with classroom teachers and special education professionals to support students with challenging behaviour ranging from ASD and ADHD.
Working in the inclusion unit within a Mainstream School.
Implement behaviour intervention plans and strategies to address individual student needs.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop and implement effective solutions.Behaviour Mentor | What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience in a behaviour mentor, counselling, or similar role within an educational setting.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
