About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position, where you’ll support children with complex needs, helping them through everyday activities like meals, getting ready, school runs, and much more. But it’s not just about ticking boxes. It’s about creating real connections, letting these kids know they matter, and giving them a safe space to grow.

Your days will be filled with purposeful activities — fun, engaging, educational moments where real breakthroughs happen. From outdoor activities to group sessions, you’ll be at the heart of it all, making every day count.

Shift Pattern – Let's Talk Logistics:

* Permanent role with stability and long-term career potential.

* 3-day rolling rota – work 3 days on, 3 days off.

* Fixed shifts: 07:00 – 22:00.

* That’s 4 days off every week. It gives you the time you need to reset, recover, and live your life outside of work.

* Must Drive: You will need to have a valid UK driving license, as travel between sites may be required.

* A Sense of Humour: Life isn’t always easy, but if you can laugh through the tough moments, you’re golden.

* Previous Experience? It’s not necessary. We’ve hired people from all kinds of backgrounds: care workers, nurses, youth workers, teaching assistants, sports coaches, and more. If you’ve got the heart for it, we’ll train you.
