OVERVIEW

We are seeking positive and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Bar Team Member. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellent service. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a great experience, whether they are enjoying a drink at the bar or dining with us. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team, with opportunities for personal development and career progression.

JOB DUTIES

Greet and serve customers with a smile, ensuring that they receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
Assist in the preparation and serving of food and drinks, adhering to company standards for quality and presentation.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times, ensuring that the bar area, equipment, and utensils are clean and well-maintained.
Monitor and maintain stock levels, replenishing items as necessary and assisting with stock rotation to ensure freshness and availability.
Work as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
Accurately process transactions, including cash and card payments, ensuring that all cash handling procedures are followed correctly.
Provide helpful and informative advice to guests, promoting the facilities and services on offer, and ensuring that any queries or concerns are addressed promptly.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge and skills, staying up to date with new products and services.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or customer service role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong teamwork skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions
