A supportive and inclusive secondary school in Amersham is looking for an Art Teacher to join its visual arts department. You'll teach a wide range of artistic techniques in well-resourced studios, and support students’ creative journeys from foundational skills to personal expression.

Your Role:

Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive Art lessons at KS3–KS4

*

Encourage experimentation, critique, and artistic risk-taking

*

Provide personalized feedback and foster creative growth

*

Support G&T through clubs, competitions, and exhibition projects

Essential Qualities:

*

QTS with a degree in Art or related creative field

*

Comfortable across diverse media and encouraging of student voices

*

Collaborative, organised, and confident in studio management

*

Believes in the inclusive power of visual arts
