Senior Finance Business Partner – Hybrid (Nottinghamshire) – £55k + large Bonus + Car Allowance + shares + benefits

Are you a Finance Business Partner who can bring figures to life, adept at conversing and painting a picture to non-finance stakeholders? Are you looking for a company that cares about their employees and who actively promote from within? If so, then we are working exclusively with a healthcare provider in Nottinghamshire who are keen to hire another member for their finance team.

In this role you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance, partnering directly with senior stakeholders and senior leadership, and influencing strategic decision-making at the highest level.

The Role:

Partner directly with multiple stakeholders
Build trusted relationships with partners and senior leadership teams.
Deliver insightful financial analysis to drive profitability and long-term growth.
Own financial planning, forecasting, and business performance reviews.
Support decision-making through robust financial modelling and data interpretation.
Present financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
About You:

You must be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA).
You must possess strong business partnering experience, with excellent stakeholder management.
You must be commercially focused with the ability to challenge, influence and advise.
You must be comfortable handling complex data and translating it into clear business insight.
Have advanced Excel skills and financial modelling experience.
Able to travel regularly and work flexibly.

Salary up to £55,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance
