£40,000 per annumJob Summary:

We are looking for a Chef Manager to join this unique site in West London. As Chef Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the kitchen, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality food, upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, and managing all aspects of kitchen performance. Ideally, you will have a background in contract catering, specifically within staff dining. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the flexibility to seamlessly transition between multiple kitchen settings, bringing strong leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence across diverse culinary teams.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements.
Great time management skills.
Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
Ability to train and mentor other staff.
Experience in ordering stock and stock control.
