Production Operatives - Timber Truss Assembly

Cullompton area

Own transport required due to the location.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 15:30
Friday: 07:00 - 14:30Pay Rates:

Basic Rate: £12.22 per hour
Overtime Rate: £18.33 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives.

Duties:

Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure efficient and accurate assembly of truss packs.
Perform regular quality checks during the production process to identify and rectify any issues promptly.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality standards.Requirements:

Experience in a manufacturing/production or timber-based environment is beneficial, but not essential
High attention to detail
Understanding of health and safety practices
Adaptability and a positive, proactive mindset
