Join Our Client as an HR Manager!

Are you an enthusiastic HR professional looking to make a real impact? Our client is excited to invite applications for the position of HR Manager at their dynamic organisation in Skelmersdale!

Location: Liverpool, UK
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

As a key player in their team, you will drive HR initiatives that align with their business goals and foster a thriving workplace culture. If you hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or above and have a passion for people management, they want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Strategise & Align: Develop and implement HR strategies that support their overall business objectives.
Recruit & Select: Manage the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent.
Performance Management: Oversee a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance across the organisation.
Employee Benefits: Enhance their employee benefits programmes, focusing on compensation, health, and wellness initiatives.
Compliance Matters: Ensure legal compliance in all human resource activities.
Support & Guide: Provide expert guidance to HR staff and management on various HR-related issues.
Engage & Motivate: Foster a positive working environment that enhances employee engagement.
Change Management: Drive and manage change within their organisation effectively.
Develop Talent: Conduct training and development programmes that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Address Issues: Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures with professionalism.What You Need:

CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
Proven experience in an HR Manager role or similar.
Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Strong organisational and leadership capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
A valid driving licence
Experience in manufacturing and production would be beneficial but not essential.Why Join Them?
