Job Title: Commissioning Manager
Location: West Midlands (flexibility to travel across multiple sites; company car/van provided)
Salary: Negotiable
Working Hours: Flexible, with occasional nights/weekends

Role Overview:
Lead and support the asset handover process for my clients tram expansion projects. This includes validating and verifying technical documentation and ensuring seamless transition from contractors to operations. Ideal for candidates from a track, infrastructure, or signalling background.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate on-site commissioning and asset handover activities
* Liaise with stakeholders to manage documentation and compliance
* Oversee information verification and document control workflows
* Support project teams with technical documentation and data uploads in line with BIM and ISO 19650 standards
* Ensure safety compliance, including PTS certification and company H&S procedures

Requirements:
* Proven experience in infrastructure, rail/metro, or civil engineering project handovers
* Strong knowledge of document control systems and asset lifecycle management
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in IT tools and 2D CAD; 3D CAD knowledge is a plus
* Familiarity with ISO 19650, ProjectWise, and BIM standards preferred
* Valid driving licence; must pass drugs and alcohol test
