Quantity Surveyor - Freelance

Start - July

Company

* Main Contractor.

* Fit out and refurbishment projects

* Kent based - work throughout South East

Role

* Reporting to the Commercial Manager

* All commercial aspects of multiple projects

* Manage sub contract accounts

* Understand design and liase with contractors

* You will have full commercial ownership of the project and work closely with the operational teams to ensure successful delivery of the project

The role will be offered initially on a contract basis, the company have a good pipeline of work so there is a good opportunity for a permanent position
