About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to children with learning disabilities and complex needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of the children in our care, helping them to achieve their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment.

You will need to be flexible to work a shift-based rota of earlies and lates (no sleep-ins required)
Experience or knowledge of supporting vulnerable young people is desirable

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing personal care and support tailored to the individual needs of each child.

* Assisting with daily activities, including meals, personal hygiene, and recreational activities.

* Encouraging and supporting children to participate in educational and social activities.

* Building positive relationships with children, their families, and other professionals.

* Ensuring a safe and secure environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

* Documenting and maintaining accurate records of care and support provided.
