New role based in HAYDOCK as a Telesales/Internal Sales Executive working for an expanding International Cross Border eCommerce Delivery solutions specialist

The Telesales/Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, generating and handing over qualified leads to our clients sales team. This role requires a basic understanding of the logistics industry, strong communication & analytical skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies. Their marketing teams execute and direct on multiple campaigns. This role focusses on working with that output, as well as assisting for new campaigns to come.

1. Research and Identify Leads
Conduct market research input and provide to marketeer to identify potential clients in the logistics sector. Utilize business directories, web searches, and digital resources to find new leads.
2. Qualify Leads
Assess and qualify leads based on specific business criteria. Ensure leads meet the company's target audience and are likely to convert into sales.
3. Lead Generation Campaigns
Develop and implement lead generation campaigns using various marketing channels, together with our marketing manager, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Follow up, chase, and hand over to the Sales team for conversion.
4. CRM Management
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer and pipeline information. Track and document all lead generation activities and results.
5. Outbound Communications
Initiate cold calls, emails, and other outbound communications to engage potential clients and nurture their interest in our logistics services.
6. Collaboration
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals. Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Skills, Educational Background,Experience

Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively convey information to potential clients and build relationships.
* Confident telephone manner.
* Expresses ideas clearly and concisely in conversations.
* Listens actively to ensure mutual understanding.
* Adjusts communication style based on the audience and context.
* Writes clear and structured messages in emails and reports.
* Uses correct grammar and formatting for professional correspondence.
* Adapts writing style to the intended audience.
* Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality and campaign performance.
* Ability to use data to drive decision-making; evaluates options and makes decisions based on facts and logical reasoning.
* Ability to segment and target potential clients based on their interest and needs
* Influencing others effectively.

Educational background:
* Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (ideally).

Experience:
* Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the logistics industry.
* Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
* Proficiency in social media platforms and social selling techniques to engage with potential clients
* Experience with CRM software and lead management tools
