Description

Our client who is based within the Public Sector, have a temporary role for a Senior Administrator, until November 2022. This role is hybrid working between home and office which is based in the West End of Glasgow, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. This role attracts a pay rate of £12.52 per hour.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Database work (Raiser's Edge and Scholarships Database) Input data, build and run queries on the department's CRM database (Raiser's Edge) Raiser's Edge. Use this information to support the work of the team as directed e.g., to produce event or mailing lists, or checking donor inscriptions. Update Scholarships database when reports are received and issued. Training will be provided for both systems
Scholarships Administration, Chase pending reports from students directly or via their schools' proofread reports and ensure that they are correctly formats; generate standardized emails and send them to donors copying the relationship manager and updating both Raiser's Edge and the Scholarships database
Coordinate, and plan meetings. Manage agendas, allocate follow up actions and coordinate attendance with other team members
Organize and coordinate events or campus visits. This may include booking venues, catering, and parking; pulling together guest lists drawn from several different sources, coordinating invitations; liaising with guests and suppliers; creating briefing documents; keeping track of budgets; and orchestrating follow up
Supporting Major Donor Fundraising activity working to a clear brief, prepare first drafts of meeting plans and proposals and prepare follow up on actions and enquiries generated by meetings with potential major donors, trustees or people leaving gifts in their wills, working with fundraising colleagues to arrange and deliver complex visits
General Administration post opening; inbox monitoring; being the first point of contact for supporters, book travel and accommodations for people across the team including creating itinerariesSkills and Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
IT skills: proficient in MS Office suite with ability to manipulate and update data
Excellent time management abilities with demonstrable planning, organizing and prioritizing skills and the ability to schedule work weeks ahead and respond to changing pressures and requirements
Exceptional attention to detail
Confident self-starter with ability work to tight deadlines with minimum supervision whilst also working effectively as part of a team and building effective working relationships
Strong commitment to customer service
