Job title: Hotel Sous Chef

Salary: Up to 32,500 GBP + tips

Location: Buckingham, Buckinghamshire

Type of contract: Permanent – 45hrs per week

Workplace description: Located at the very heart of the beautiful medieval town of Buckingham. Enjoy 4 star luxury with 49 exquisite bedrooms, suites and family rooms, a fabulous friendly bar, superb restaurant and comfortable lounges.

We are looking for a dynamic Sous Chef to join the Team. As Sous Chef you will join a team of talented chefs preparing food for guests for our rosette restaurant, afternoon tea lounge, conference lunches, weddings and special events. You will need to be enthusiastic, passionate with an eagerness to learn and develop your skills. A love of cooking with fresh ingredients is essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to be part of this growing brand of unique properties.
