Supported Living Registered Manager

Location: Cannock-based office with travel across Staffordshire
Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 + Bonus Potential

What We're Looking For:

Leadership Experience in supported living services
Expertise in supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs
Qualified: Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
Driver: Full UK licence and access to your own vehicle

What You'll Do:

Lead and Inspire: Manage services and drive quality care
Champion Person-Centred Support: Tailor care to individual needs
Share On-Call Duties: Ensure 24/7 support
Deliver Impact: Bring passion and purpose to every day
