International Buildings Main contractor. Reporting into the COUNTRY MANAGER you will be capable to lead this Large Scale D&B Project as the no1 on site

Project is worth $110 million USD based in MUMBAI – INDIA.

As the Project Manager leading this project you will be able to add value throughout the life cycle. This means you can get involved at pre awards adding input across design, logistics and sub-contractor selection. You will also be experienced handling final accounts, handovers and closing off any issues.

Can you lead, motivate and get the message across to your project team and client on site. Can you create a collaborative approach whilst still protecting your commercial interests as per the contract.

* Reporting directly into the Country Manager

ROLE will involved and not limited to :

* planning , scheduling & risk

* commercial & contract management

* technical & engineering

* qhse

* stakeholder management up and down stream

Do you have clear experience handling Lump Sum Design & Build Projects for reputable International Main Contractors as the PROJECT lead on site.​​​​​​​

Before applying

* Relevant Construction Background be that a Civil Engineering Degree /MCIOB or HND

* Western trained and educated as per the request of the HR & Management team based in India

* Superb communication and presentation skills that will be demonstrated throughout this process with NSR

* Clear experience delivering BUILDING PROJECTS for Reputable International Main Contractors

* Can the client see a strength within residential, high rise, commercial & hospitality

* Able to commence employment before the 10th of July 2025 absolute latest

* Confident and client facing in a diplomatic approach

* Fully understand the role and budget on offer. The right candidate will want to be based full time in INDIA

* You understand the culture and challenges in this role as it demands cultural sensitivity, communication skills, empathy and high levels of technical & engineering competence
