Customer Service & Sales Advisor – Maldon
Full-Time | £26,000 – £28,500 + Monthly Bonus | 40 Hours/Week
Join the Launch of a Brand-New Facility in Maldon!
A new self-storage site is opening in Maldon, and we’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Advisor to play a key role in its success. If you love providing great service, enjoy working towards targets, and want to be part of an ambitious, growing team – we’d love to hear from you.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Customer Interaction: Be the friendly face and voice of the store – handling enquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Sales-Focused Support: Convert leads, upsell services, and meet team sales targets through excellent product knowledge and rapport building.
* Day-to-Day Operations: Keep the store clean, organised, and customer-ready.
* Admin Tasks: Process contracts, manage account queries, and ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
* Adaptability: No two days are the same – so bring your multitasking A-game!
💡 What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years in a customer service, sales, or admin role
* A confident communicator with a great telephone manner
* Comfortable using MS Office and general IT systems
* A proactive self-starter who works well in a close-knit team
* Organised, reliable, and ready to take ownership of tasks

🕒 Your Weekly Schedule (on a 4-week rota):
* Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8-hour shifts between 8am–6pm
* Thursday: 8-hour shift between 8am–8pm
* Saturday: 9am–6pm
* Sunday: 10am–4pm
