Job Title: Machine Operator (Temporary Ongoing)
Location: Thetford, UK
Salary: £12.21 per hour + shift allowance

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated individual looking to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Thetford on a temporary ongoing basis. This role offers a competitive starting wage of £12.21 per hour, plus an additional shift allowance based on hours worked.

Shifts Available:

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to operational standards.
Load and unload materials into and from machines while maintaining workflow and minimizing downtime.
Manufacture products according to established schedules, ensuring timely delivery to meet production targets.
Conduct thorough quality checks to guarantee that all products meet required specifications and standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Identify and report any machinery malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly, contributing to a proactive maintenance culture.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance production processes and achieve team goals. Key Requirements:

Previous experience in machine operation or a manufacturing role is preferred but not essential; we provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing production demands
