Are you passionate about delivering great services and making a real impact in your community? Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? This could be the role for you.

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Resident Services Co-ordinator to support residents across supported housing schemes. Working field-based, you’ll be the key point of contact for residents, ensuring their needs are met and they feel safe, supported, and heard.

🔍 What you’ll be doing:

* Acting as the face of the service in your patch, providing high-quality, resident-focused support.

* Supporting new residents to settle in and connecting them with local services.

* Investigating complaints and anti-social behaviour concerns, including liaising with partner agencies and developing action plans.

* Managing safeguarding concerns with care and urgency, ensuring referrals and follow-ups are completed properly.

* Building strong partnerships with external organisations, local authorities, and internal teams to offer a joined-up, responsive service.

* Supporting residents to maintain tenancies and move towards independent living.

* Encouraging resident engagement, participation in activities, and community building.

🧰 What you'll bring:

* Experience in social or supported housing, working with diverse residents, including those with complex needs.

* A strong background in case management, including ASB, safeguarding, and complaints.

* The confidence to work independently, manage your own caseload, and conduct home visits.

* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills – you’ll be empathetic but assertive when needed.

* IT skills and the ability to accurately record information using housing or CRM systems.

* A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

💡 Why apply?

* You'll be part of a mission-led team committed to making a difference in residents’ lives.

* Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow your skills.

* The role is varied, impactful, and meaningful – no two days are the same.

If you're ready to take on a key frontline role where your actions genuinely change lives, apply now to be part of something special.
