In line with our clients plans for growth they are now looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to utilise their revenue system and oversee performance and efficiency. This analytical yet commercially focused individual will be responsible for the pricing and inventory management of a brand new sought after development in the City.

Revenue Manager Job Purpose

* Commercial Approach - identify, and without compromise proactively pursue revenue maximisation in apartment sales through a comprehensive yield management strategy.
* Drive customer advocacy through fantastic results and strong relationships; ensuring our customers, both internal and external are an advocate of the brand.
* Analysis, have a structured approach to "data analysis" by evaluating the need for benchmarking or depth of analysis. Use cutting edge tools to support accuracy of evaluation and data presentation.
* Motivate their People; through strong leadership skills and influencing the team ensure the very best, highly motivated and engaged talent is developed.
* Team Member: with the senior team be included in decisions and contribute to the success of the hotels objectives & targets, including the annual budget by planning for revenue and profit maximisation in all commercial areas of the business.

Revenue Manager Principal Accountabilities

* Oversee performance and efficiency of all yield and inventory management processes, ensuring every revenue line is being optimised and sales strategies are being executed.
* Relentlessly identify areas of opportunity within pricing and inventory management that subsequently add top-line value to the Brands total revenue performance.
* To support the completion of a detailed annual budget by letting product/period, apartment types and customer segments.
* To utilise relevant Revenue systems to analyse an ever changing market and business, ensuring void periods are reduced, therefore revenue/sales are maximised, at all times.
* Be responsible for the accuracy & integrity of all commercial forecasting, reporting, analysis and evaluation of hotel performance in all Commercial KPIs.
* To work with the Marketing Director, promoting regular positive dialog and support, ensuring all distribution and awareness follows the implemented Brands strategies.
* Together with the Sales Director, assist with planning account re-negotiation through a total revenue or 'spend by account' approach.
* Identify areas of risk & opportunity and act upon them in a timely manner.
* Ensure the seamless reporting of targeted and well-timed information, which clearly illustrates where sales and marketing efforts are required.
* Implement a thorough week by week, by length of occupation and market segment, rooms forecasting process to support strategic direction and reporting of forward-looking business.
* To complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual system health checks and ensure rate parity across all channels is maintained.
* To build relationships with key 3rd Party Agents and leveraging this rapport as appropriate across all income generating departments, ensuring visibility online is maximised.
* Together with the Sales and Marketing Heads, support team member development to ensure a pipeline succession plan is constantly in motion across the Front of House discipline.
* Support all commercial team members, on or above property, when it comes to knowledge and communication on Revenue Strategy, business performance or general development.

Revenue Manager ESSENTIAL Skills & Experience

* Revenue Management experience - Hotel and/or Service Apartments
* Intermediate or advanced MS Excel knowledge
* Advanced knowledge of Hotel PMS and CRS/Booking Engine capabilities
* Precise analytical skills
* Excellent presentation skills

Salary Details: £30,000-£32,000 Basic + £8,000 Bonus + Benefits
