£70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + £6,000 Car Allowance + Career Progression + Autonomous

Office based, commutable from Oxford, Swindon, Cirencester, Reading, Gloucester, Bicester, Thatcham and surrounding areas

Are you from an Electrical background with proven experience in leadership looking to shape the future of this exciting electrical specialist with further scope of career progression and a great deal of autonomy to have a real impact and recognition on this specialist team?

This is a rare and very exciting to have direct responsibility to implement, manage and lead your own team of specialists, where you will work closely with the MD and Owner to further your career.

This company, have established themselves as a small niche specialist in the area, who have exciting growth plans with delivery of service excellence as a priority.

This role will suit someone from an Electrical background with proven experience in leadership looking to shape the future of this exciting electrical specialist with further scope of career progression and a great deal of autonomy.

The Role:
*Overseeing the Project Managers across the three divisions to drive service excellence
*Strategically planning to ensure the business goals are achieved
*Further scope of career progression and profit based bonus

*Previous background in the Electrical sector
