Freelance Quantity Surveyor - Highways Maintenance | South UK
Location: South of England (site & hybrid options)
Freelance | Long-Term Contract | Competitive Day Rate

We're currently seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing Highways Maintenance schemes in the South of the UK.
This is a long-term contract opportunity with consistent workload and the chance to play a key role in delivering essential infrastructure projects.

Role Overview:
·Commercial management of highways maintenance contracts
·Valuations, variations, and change control
·Subcontractor procurement and management
·Supporting the project team on cost reporting and contract administration
·Working under NEC contracts

Requirements:
·Proven experience in highways, maintenance works, or National Highways schemes
·Strong understanding of NEC contract forms
·Able to work independently with minimal supervision
·Immediate or short notice availability preferred
